SSIAs - Dates
You need to return a declaration form 90 days prior to the maturity date of your SSIA. It’s estimated that 10% of savers will not return their forms. Don’t be one of that 10%! This declaration form is called an SSIA4 – Revenue have provided the guidelines below for the completion and return of these forms:
